To join us on the tour, please see instructions below. The price for the 2008 TZ Collector's Tour is US$2,500.00 per person based on double occupancy, not including airfare. A limited number of single occupancy spaces are available on a first come, first served basis for an additional $450.00 per person. A deposit in the amount of 50% of the Tour cost is due at the time the reservation is made. You may pay your deposit via check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. The deadline to register for this Tour is March 22, 2008! Additional Information This trip is open to USA and non-USA residents, and spouses are welcome! During the tour if there is an interest in alternate activities, we will offer them. For example, after the tour bus drops the main group off at a watch manufacturer, if there are spouses who desire to do something else, we will make arrangements for the bus to take them to a nearby shopping district or other point of interest. The 2008 Tour is limited to 20 guests. We accepted 25 guests for the 2005-2007 Tours, and they sold out quickly, so be sure to get your reservation in early! Please note that while airfare is not included in the price of the Tour, Advantage Tours International can assist you with your air travel needs. INCLUDED IN THE TOUR: Hotel accommodations for 6 nights in standard twin/double rooms, with private facilities at First Class hotels (4 star German government rated) in Dresden and Munich, including full breakfast daily. Meals: Lavish German Buffet Breakfast daily. Special TimeZone Welcome Dinner in Dresden and Farewell Dinner in Munich, including pre-selected menus and unlimited wine, beer or soft beverages. Other lunches and dinners at the hotels or restaurants nearby or en route. Round trip Group transfers and inter-city transportation by modern, touring private motor coach with public address system, panoramic windows and reclining seats. All technical visits as per the itinerary; planning and securing the manufacture visits; museum professional guides and entrance fees where needed. All hotels and local taxes. ADDITIONAL DETAILS Group size: the tour price is based on a group of 20 guests and 2 hosts and is based on tariffs and rates of exchange in effect on Feb 20, 2008 Please note that the planned itinerary is subject to change. Deposits: To secure your space on the tour, a deposit of 50% of your Tour cost is due at the time your reservation is made. The balance will be collected on May 1, 2008. In order to keep the price quoted, ATI will purchase a portion of the funds needed in Euro at this time. Please book early as space is limited. Cancellations by Tour participants. The following conditions reflect present policies of instant purchases and final commitments enforced by our suppliers - hotels, motor coach companies, etc. From March 22 to April 1, 2008, the cancellation penalty fee is $500.00 per person. April 2 to May 31, 2008 the cancellation penalty fee is $1,000. On and after June 1, 2008, there will be no refund for canceling. There will be no refund for no-shows or for unused parts of the tour. The purchase of travel insurance is recommended. Cancellation by the tour operator. In the unlikely event the tour is cancelled prior to departure for any reason, the full amount of your deposit will be refunded. Travel Insurance: ATI provides travel insurance through Travelex or TravelGuard. This protects you in case of cancellation or interruption of your trip as well as insures you for medical reasons, luggage loss and more.
